Progress at last!

The Gym has been closed to the public since may 16. We have been talking with the city for the last two months and recently got some answers from them. After initially being given an estimate of hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees, a city engineer gave us word that the three biggest of the fees would be waived after going over our appeals. This is great news and means that we can move onto the next steps of clearing the plans with the building department and with planning division.
